Volley & Thunder ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Votes for Women and in the future other computer and mobile game applications (the "Apps"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. In addition, we operate the website support forum ("Website Forum") on this website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps and the Forum.
By using the Apps and Website Forum, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the Apps or the Forum.
The Apps

Account Deletion: we do not collect or maintain any Collected App Data that would constitute an "account."
Data Erasure Requests: we do not collect or maintain any Collected App Data that is personally identifiable to you so there is no data for which to request erasure.
Security of Your Information: we do not collect or maintain any Collected App Data that is personally identifiable to you and could constitute a security risk.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

The Website Forum
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is necessary to operate the Website Forum and to provide its intended app support and information benefits to users. This includes you Personal Data and Public Content as defined below.
"Personal Data" we collect includes your email address and name. We may also automatically collect information when you access the Forum, such as your device's operating system and usage statistics. The web server that our hosting service is using will by necessity record your IP address. Using your IP address, we may track location-based information. We do not collect any financial information such as bank account or credit card numbers and offer no e-commerce options on the Volley & Thunder website.
"Public Content" includes content you submit to the Website Forum in the form of public posts, comments, chat messages, usernames, and any profile information you provide that could be viewed by other users, as well as related metadata. Public Content may also include text, links, images, gifs, audio, videos, software, and tools that you submit to the Website Forum. Our Terms and Conditions applies to this content and you agree to these Terms and Conditions when you use the Website Forum.
It is important that you remember that Public Content you submit to the Website Forum will be publicly viewable by any user of the Website Forum and you are agreeing to share it without limitation or compensation by posting such Public Content to the Website Forum.

You may delete your Website Forum account at any time by following the links to your profile in the Website Forum. This will delete and erase your Personal Information that we have collected except that it will not delete any web server logs maintained by our hosting service provider that have your IP address recorded.
Note that deleting your Forum account will not erase your Public Content, but will replace the associated username with "[Deleted]."
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your Collected Forum Data. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure such information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
